Challenge

Technologies like voice-activated digital home assistants (e.g., Amazon Echo) have the potential to support older adults, especially those living with mobility disabilities. However, these devices do not come with instructional guides specifically designed with older adults in mind.

How do we provide instructional support for older adult users who wants to use voice-activated digital home assistants?​
